Synopsis
You're invited to a killer party
A wedding is thrown into chaos when the groom is murdered, and Detective Danner is called in to solve the mystery. Everyone is a suspect. Alongside Zoe and Aniq, Danner must speak to each of the suspects and compile the accounts of all the wedding attendees.
As each person tells their story of the tragic weekend, the trio investigates the events leading up to the murder and attempt to bring the killer to justice.

The Afterparty season 2 is a murder mystery comedy series created by Lord Miller Productions for Apple TV+. The series is created by Christopher Miller (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, Cocaine Bear), who usually works alongside his professional partner Phil Lord. Miller served as showrunner of The Afterparty season 1 alone, and is joined by writer and comedian Anthony King (Broad City, Silicon Valley) as co-showrunner for season 2.
Season 2 comprises of 10 episodes, and stars returning actor/ comedian Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip) as Detective Danner. Zoe Chao and Sam Richardson return as Zoe and Aniq respectively, with an extended cast including Elizabeth Perkins (Weeds), Jack Whitehall (Fresh Meat), Anna Konkle (PEN15), Vivian Wu (The Joy Luck Club) and Ken Jeong (Community, Crazy Rich Asians).
