Synopsis

If Seiya, a street orphan, can overcome his own past and transform into a Knight of the Zodiac, he may be able to fulfill his destiny of safeguarding and saving the world. This destiny is intertwined with the goddess of war who has been reincarnated in the form of a young girl and requires his protection.

Sean Bean and Famke Janssen appear in action-fantasy film based on manga series
Knights of the Zodiac is an action-fantasy film directed by Tomasz Bagiński for Sony Pictures Releasing International. The script was developed by Josh Campbell, Matt Stuecken and Kiel Murray which was based on the Masami Kurumada manga series, Saint Seiya. Bagiński has an extensive video game background having created the cinematic sequences in The Witcher game trilogy as well as executive producing the Netflix series. He's also directed numerous Polish Legends video game entries. Knights of the Zodiac is produced by Yoshi Ikezawa, Joseph Chou and Tim Kwok.
Mackenyu portrays the lead role of Seiya the Pegasus Knight while Madison Iseman stars alongside him as Sienna/Athena. Sean Bean portrays Alman Kiddo and Diego Tinoco as Nero the Phoenix Knight. The rest of the cast includes Caitlin Hutson as Marin the Eagle Knight, Famke Janssen as Guraad, Nick Stahl as Cassios and Mark Dacascos as Mylock.
