Assuming a robotic form, an evil inventor goes on a killing spree

A mad scientist intent upon pushing himself to the limits decides to transfer his consciousness into the body of a robot. He uses his newfound power for evil, kidnapping an Arab prince in order to extort a ransom. Meanwhile, two android police officers, Selina and Ann, try to take him down with their own agenda.
