Two towns on either side of the US-Mexico border are connected by a shared culture that is proudly championed by the mayor of Eagle Pass, Chad Foster. Meanwhile in the town of Piedras Negras in Mexico, the people gladly share languages, food, music, and more with their American neighbors. But when the violence of drug cartels begins to take hold in both towns, a cattle trader named Martin sees his whole business threatened by the government response.
