Synopsis

The story follows Leah Olivar, a young woman from a modest background who dreams of a better life in the United States. After obtaining a visa to compete in a choir competition in San Francisco, Leah decides to extend her stay to pursue her "American dream." Facing visa expiration and limited options, she agrees to a marriage of convenience with Clark Medina, a Filipino-American who has been living in the U.S. for over a decade.
