Synopsis
This Mexican holiday is going dangerously wrong
Paul Sturges travels to Mexico with his family for a holiday. He also plans to conduct some business and inspect an oil rig that he owns off the Mexican coast. Unfortunately, when he arrives, he soon learns that the area has been deserted.
His rig has awakened a Megalodon, a legendary shark, which is killing anyone who tries to leave. Paul must desperately work to save his family and his business from this lethal sea creature.

The Black Demon is a shark-thriller movie starring Josh Lucas, based on the legendary Megalodon shark. Lucas has previously featured in projects such as Yellowstone, Sweet Home Alabama, and Poseidon. With a screenplay from Boise Esquerra (Blackwater), the film is directed by Adrian Grünberg. Grünberg is known for Rambo: Last Blood, the fifth installment of the Rambo film franchise and Get the Gringo, starring Mel Gibson. Jon Silk, Javier Chapa and Petr Jákl produce the film.
Alongside Josh Lucas, the cast includes Fernanda Urrejola as Inés, Julio Cedillo as Chato, Raúl Méndez as El Roy, Héctor Jiménez as Chocolatito, Edgar Flores, Venus Ariel, Jorge A. Jiménez, Omar Patin and Carlos Solórzano.
