A Quiet Place: Day One is an upcoming post-apocalyptic horror movie. It is a spin-off prequel to the movie, A Quiet Place and is the third installment of the franchise overall. A Quiet Place: Day One is written and directed by Michael Sarnoski who is known for the movie Pig featuring Nicolas Cage. While Sarnoski deals with the screenplay it is based on a story from filmmaker John Krasinski who wrote and directed A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II. Krasinski also serves as producer on the project alongside Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, and Michael Bay.

Lupita Nyong’o stars in A Quiet Place: Day One. She is known for her performances in Black Panther, and the horror movie Us.
