Car thieves steal police car, turning joyride into a nightmare 

Experienced teenage car hijackers Jason and Midget live in Newark, New Jersey. Like many of their friends, their favorite hobby is stealing cars. They take all kinds of vehicles out for a ride—but when Midget decides to push the limit and steal a police car, things go downhill fast. As the car thefts become more serious, the friends turn their hobby into a business, selling the stolen cars. But with the police closing in, the situation escalates into a violent chase that threatens to end with them behind bars.
