Occult figures and mysterious creatures set their sights on a hospital

Deputy Carter is on patrol when he witnesses a bloodied man struggling to walk down the street. He brings the wounded to the local hospital only to discover that the place is overrun by strange hooded figures. Further, the patients and doctors have succumbed to a type of madness, leaving only a handful of survivors. Carter gathers the remaining few and leads them deep into the hospital that transforms into a nightmarish portal to an unspeakable evil.
