What to know

Armor Wars is an upcoming superhero series produced by Marvel Studios for Disney+ and is based on the comic book of the same name. Yassir Lester is the show’s head writer and the series will consist of six episodes.

Armor Wars is a sequel to Secret Invasion, another Marvel series dealing with the menace of the shapeshifting Skrulls on Earth. Armor Wars marks the first time James Rhodes is the protagonist of an on screen adaptation. Previously, the character has mainly played a supporting role to his best friend Iron Man/Tony Stark on screen.

Back in the role James Rhodes aka War Machine is John Cheadle, who first played the character in Iron Man 2. Walton Goggins plays Sonny Burch.

Where can I stream Armor Wars?

Armor Wars has no official release date as of yet, but it is expected to be out in late 2023 and will be available for streaming on Disney+ when it’s released. Check back with JustWatch to find out exactly when you can watch it.
