Synopsis
In Super Dino 7, the peace of Blue City is disrupted by a new antagonist, Captain Powerman a quirky villain who animates mistreated everyday objects into monsters, seeking to "avenge" them. While Powerman views himself as a hero, his misguided actions threaten the city's harmony.
