Star Trek: Discovery Season 5 is the fifth season of the sci-fi television series based on the original show created by Gene Roddenberry. Set 900 years after the original series, Star Trek: Discovery Season 5 features Alex Kurtzman and Michelle Paradise serving as the showrunners. Paul Stamets, the astromycologist is played by Anthony Rapp, and his on-screen husband physician, Dr. Hugh Culber is played once again by Wilson Cruz. Mary Wiseman is back as Lieutenant Sylvia Tilly and engineer Jett Reno returns to be portrayed by Tig Notaro. The ensemble cast is rounded out by David Ajala playing Burnham’s love interest Cleveland ‘Book’ Booker and the ship’s sentient computer Zora, voiced by Annabelle Wallis.
