Synopsis
Spider-Man: Freshman Year reveals the origin story of the web-slinging superhero teen. Freshman Year follows Peter Parker as he discovers the scope of his new powers. He'll be working through a variety of different Spider-Man suits as he learns what it means for him to be the friendly, neighbourhood hero. He'll be joined on the journey by friends and foes alike including; Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Harry and Norman Osborne, the Rhino and Scorpion. Amidst the chaos and action, Peter Parker is also just a regular teenager facing the challenges of his freshman year at college.

Spider-Man: Freshman Year is an upcoming animated series within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This ten-episode series will be written by Jeff Trammell, who is known for his work on the show Craig of the Creek. The show was originally announced in November 2021 at Disney+ Day. The second season of the show titled Spider-Man: Sophomore Year, was confirmed at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. The series cast was revealed to include fan-favorite, Charlie Cox, reprising his role as the New York attorney and superhero Daredevil.

- Spider-Man: Freshman Year is set for a 2024 release date. It was also confirmed that the show had been greenlit for a second season entitled Spider-Man: Sophomore Year.
