A new surgeon has arrived at Port Victory, Australia. No one knows too much about Jack Dawkins, except that he’s a charming fellow looking to make a living in the colony. But when Dawkins receives a visitor from his past, his true identity as the Artful Dodger emerges. With his old boss Fagin around, the pair look set to resume their schemes.
