Three children unlock a magical secret that will change their lives forever

Jarod, Simon, and Mallroy are the three children of Helen Grace. After a divorce, Helen and her kids move into the Spiderwick estate. In their new Gothic home, the children soon stumble upon a field guide to fantastic creatures written by Arthur Spiderwick. The adventures that follow see them trying to protect the book from Mulgarath, a shapeshifting demon who wants the book for his own secret evils.

The Spiderwick Chronicles is an American fantasy television series based on the book of the same name written by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black. The series is produced by Lightbulb Farm Productions, The Gotham Group, Paramount Television Studios, and 20th Television. The Spiderwick Chronicles is created by Aron Eli Coleite, a screenwriter best known for his work on series such as Daybreak, Heroes, and Locke & Key.

The Spiderwick Chronicles features Lyon Daniels and Noah Cottrell star in the lead roles of Jared and Simon Grace. They are joined by Joy Bryant who plays their mother Helen Grace. Bryant is known for her performances in movies such as Antwone Fisher, Spider-Man 2, and Bobby. Christian Slater stars as an ogre, Mulgarath while Jack Dylan Grazer plays Thimbletack. Momona Tamada and Alyvia Alyn Lind both star in recurring roles as Emiko and Calliope respectively. The Spiderwick Chronicles was released on The Roku Channel on April 19, 2024.
