Synopsis

Ciri of Cintra is being sought by all across the Continent

Every creature and King is searching for the former princess, Ciri as her mysterious powers grow in strength. The protective warrior with a dark past, Geralt offers Ciri safe passage and takes her quickly into hiding. In the fortress of Aretuza, Yennefer, Ciri and Geralt are momentarily safe but for how long can they keep the forces of evil at bay?

Henry Cavill marks his final performance in the fantasy show

The Witcher Season 3 is an upcoming fantasy drama series. It is based on the book series of the same name written by Andrzej Sapkowski. Season 3 is co-created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich and Declan De Barra with Beau DeMayo signed on as a producer. Mike Ostroski serves as the writer for the third season with Stephen Surjick confirmed as the series director. Bola Ogun is the director of the final two episodes of the season. The series is produced by Little Schmidt Productions and Platige Images with Netflix serving as the distributor.

The Witcher Season 3 marks the final appearance of Hollywood icon Henry Cavill playing the titular Witcher, Geralt Rivia. Anya Chalotra reprises her role as Yennefer and Freya Allan portrays Ciri. Season 3 welcomes a host of new actors to the series. They include Robbie Amell, Hugh Skinner, Meng’er Zhang, and Christelle Elwin. Others appearing in the cast of the third season for the first time are Ryan Hayes, Michalina Olszanka, Kate Winter, Martyn Ellis, Harvey Quinn, and Poppy Almond.
