Synopsis
Terry Gilliam’s time-bending story of pirates known as Time Bandits gets a small screen adaptation.Time Bandits is based on the 1981 movie of the same name, which was written by Monty Python legends Michael Palin and Terry Gilliam – who also directed the film. The original story followed a young boy who accidentally joins a group of time-travelling dwarves. These pirates would skip from era to era as they looked for treasures.
