No series puts you into the shoes of a serial killer quite like You. You’ll get to know Joe Goldberg intimately. From the type of books he reads to the type of women he likes to stalk and imprison. You know, the typical stuff? Social media has always been scary, but You takes it to a new level. Perhaps the best thing about the entire show is Joe’s inner monologue. It’s dark, twisted, and also pretty funny. Having access to his psyche lets you sympathize with someone you definitely should not. It will revolt you, but that’s half the fun. Psychological thriller fans, this one is 100% for you!

You turns the rom-com script inside out and adds a body count. On the surface, it's a story about a charming bookworm looking for love. But it's really a psychological thriller with a disturbingly smooth voiceover and enough red flags to start a parade. Penn Badgley nails the role of Joe Goldberg, making you question everything as he flips between endearing and terrifying. It's creepy, clever, and weirdly addictive, like scrolling too far into someone's social media and realizing the guy might be dangerous. It's dark, smart, and way too good at making you sympathize with a very creepy stalker.
