The coming-of-age romantic drama television series The Summer I Turned Pretty returns for a second season. The show is produced for Amazon Prime Video and created by Jenny Han, the bestselling author who wrote the book trilogy of the same name from which the television show is based. Han also wrote the To All The Boys book series which was adapted into a Netflix film series. Han serves as executive producer alongside Hope Hartman, Mads Hansen, Nne Ebong, Karen Rosenfelt, Jesse Peretz and Gabrielle Stanton.
Lola Tung reprises her leading role as Isabel “Belly” Conklin, with Jackie Chung and Sean Kaufman playing her mother Laurel and father Steven respectively.
