The founders of BlackBerry struggle to survive their own success

Mike Lazaridis and Douglas ‘Doug’ Fregin are friends developing a groundbreaking idea: putting e-mail capabilities into a mobile phone. As sales soared and the business thrived, the people behind the product grew isolated by their success and the multimillion-dollar empire began to crumble.
