3 Body Problem Season 1 is a science fiction mystery drama created based on the novel of the same name by writer Liu Cixin. The show is developed by Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. They are joined by Alexander Woo who is known for writing episodes of True Blood as well as The Terror. Derek Tsang is responsible for directing the 3 Body Problem Season 1 pilot episode. The show features an impressive list of executive producers including Lin Qi, Brad Pitt, Jeremy Kleiner, Rosamund Pike, Rian Johnson, Bernadette Caulfield, and more.
