Synopsis
The beginning of John and Ted's unique relationship
Following his introduction in 2012's Ted, the TV series depicts the formative years of a naughty teddy bear named Ted in the year 1993. Ted lives with a teenage John Bennett and his family in Massachusetts. The Bennett residence consists of John's father Matty, his mother Susan and his cousin Blaire, who is temporarily living with them while in college.

Seth MacFarlane returns to helm and voice titular teddy in Ted series for Peacock
Ted season 1 is the first season of the Peacock comedy TV series from Seth MacFarlane. This is the third installment of the Ted series, created by MacFarlane, following the first film in 2012 and its sequel in 2015. The show is set before the events in the 2012 entry, where we see the budding friendship between the talking teddy bear and lead character, John Bennett, as played by Mark Wahlberg. MacFarlane, known for helming Family Guy and The Orville and co-creating American Dad! and The Cleveland Show, wrote the first three episodes of Ted, while the rest were done by Paul Corrigan, Brad Walsh, Dana Gould, Jon Pollack and Julius Sharpe.
Seth MacFarlane returns to the titular role. Max Burkholder plays Ted's human counterpart, John Bennett. The rest of the cast includes Alanna Ubach as Susan Bennett, Scott Grimes as Matty Bennett and Giorgia Whigham as Blaire.
