Synopsis
A mythic quest for identity and a stolen lightning bolt
Percy Jackson, an average teenager oblivious to his true identity and destiny, becomes entwined in a celestial conflict as a demigod caught between the gods. In order to survive, Percy embarks on a perilous cross-country odyssey to recover Zeus' missing lightning bolt. Along the way, he confronts a myriad of mythical creatures, risking life and limb. Within the shelter of Camp Half-Blood, Percy discovers solace and mentorship under the guidance of Chiron, an immortal centaur renowned for nurturing heroes. With the support of his companions Annabeth and Grover, Percy embraces his newfound heritage, taking the first steps towards embracing his true self. From venturing into the depths of Hades to ascending the heights of Mount Olympus alongside Zeus, Percy encounters both triumphs and trials, all the while striving to fulfill his extraordinary destiny.
